Sumit's Hot Vinyasa Flow

ABOUT THE CLASS

Sumit's Hot Vinyasa Flow is a flowing style of yoga performed in a heated room. All transitions are fluidly performed from pose to pose.

A series of static poses, vinyasa flow, upbeat music and heat designed to strengthen, heal and rejuvenate the body. Sumit’s Hot Vinyasa Flow seamlessly links breath, body and movement giving you a wonderful sense of well-being. The sequence progresses through a series of poses that require stretching and compression of the muscles, joints, ligaments and other supporting structures of the body.

This yoga sequence was created by Sumit Banerjee, an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher of various yoga styles that included both Vinyasa and Bikram. Sumit encourages all students to maintain a regular practise of this sequence.

You’ll benefit from class by your effort regardless of how far or deep you get. As long as you are feeling it and you are breathing calmly, you’re practising correctly.

TESTIMONIAL

“The best part of (my classes) has been carving out some long overdue “me” time and committing to that time every week. As a result, I think I am more patient and calm with my husband and twin three-year-olds, and that is something that definitely benefits the entire family!”
