ABOUT THE CLASS

Get ready to work every inch of your body: every internal organ, muscle, tendon, ligament and joint. As you move from pose to pose, slowly getting your sweat on, transformations will occur. Your body will loosen. Circulation will increase. You’ll develop strength and flexibility. Afterwards, you’ll feel freshly energised and experience an incredible sense of well-being you.

TESTIMONIAL

“My clothes are too big, my body shape has changed,
and I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been”

Yoga changes the construction of the body from the inside out, from bones to skin, and fingertips to toes. With hot yoga, we believe that to change your body,  you must heat it up to soften it. A warm body is a flexible body, that can be reshaped in the way you want.

The Hot Yoga Bikram method sequence helps to flush away waste products and toxins from all the glands and organs in your body. It provides a natural irrigation of the body through the circulatory system, with the help of the respiratory system. It nourishes every cell of your body so that each cell can perform its function and maintain vital health.

The heat used in Hot Yoga, the Bikram method further enhances your body’s cleansing process: when you sweat, impurities are flushed out of the body through the skin.

Regularly practising yoga increase our supply of oxygen to the cells, but it also does more. Yoga teaches us how to use that oxygen properly – we learn to control the breath through pranayama.

At The Yoga Garage, our teachers talk students through the sequences with precise instructions, guiding them through their postures correctly and within their level of ability.
