Tips for preparing for a hot yoga class

  • Classes range from 60 min, 75min to 90 min long and each is beginner friendly
  • Come hydrated, drink plenty of water before class
  • Avoid food at least 2 hours before class
  • Practice in light comfortable clothing - it's hot!!
  • Bring a mat, LARGE towel and water - (available for hire and sale too)
  • First time students please arrive 30 mins early to register
  • Bookings are not necessary
  • Showers / Change rooms available
  • Bring only what you need to practice - no valuables
