Tips for preparing for a hot yoga class
- Classes range from 60 min, 75min to 90 min long and each is beginner friendly
- Come hydrated, drink plenty of water before class
- Avoid food at least 2 hours before class
- Practice in light comfortable clothing - it's hot!!
- Bring a mat, LARGE towel and water - (available for hire and sale too)
- First time students please arrive 30 mins early to register
- Bookings are not necessary
- Showers / Change rooms available
- Bring only what you need to practice - no valuables
