Sumits vinyasa inspired flow yoga

Sumits Yoga is a flowing style of yoga performed in a heated room. All transitions are fluidly performed from pose to pose. Sumits Yoga seamlessly links breath, body and movement giving you a wonderful sense of well-being.

Sumits is an all-encompassing workout which allows you to have a complete mind-body escape. The sequence progresses through a series of poses that require stretching and compression of the muscles, joints, ligaments and other supporting structures of the body.

The best part of (my classes) has been carving out some long overdue “me” time and committing to that time every week. As a result, I think I am more patient and calm with my husband and twin three-year-olds, and that is something that definitely benefits the entire family!

This yoga sequence was created by Sumit Banerjee, an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher of various yoga styles that included both Vinyasa and Bikram. Sumit encourages all students to maintain regular practice of this sequence.
