Hot Pilates is an upbeat 60 minute, challenging full-body workout with jamming beats in a heated room! The class incorporates traditional mat Pilates principles of movement, breath awareness and mindfulness, combined with heat plus high intensity interval training (HIIT).
Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles. Within a few classes you will notice the benefits of weight loss, improved muscle strength and definition, as well as increased coordination and decreased stress levels.
