Hot Pilates

Join us Sunday 12 February, when all Hot Pilate classes will be free for you to try. 

Classes will run at the following times and go for 60 minutes:
 8am | 10am | 3pm

Hot Pilates is an upbeat 60 minute, challenging full-body workout with jamming beats in a heated room! The class incorporates traditional mat Pilates principles of movement, breath awareness and mindfulness, combined with heat plus high intensity interval training (HIIT).

Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat all with­out the pounding of a high impact work­out. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles. Within a few classes you will notice the benefits of weight loss, improved muscle strength and definition, as well as increased coordination and decreased stress levels.

Designed for all fitness levels, beginner to advance and for our regulars, we see it as the perfect addition to your yoga program.

Prepare to challenge yourself to a whole new level where you will start to listen to your body, pay attention to your breath, see your body change and have a whole heap of fun!
