We will have a Summer Challenge coming up, to keep you inspired and excited about your yoga over the warmer months. We totally understand that it is a busy time of the year and sometimes we let our practice slip because some days are easier to manage getting to the studio than others. Don’t punish yourself or get disheartened, instead try to accept how things are at the present moment and re-prioritise. We would love to encourage you all to continue with your practice as the weather gets warmer, as regular practice is more important than intensity. As the weather warms up please make sure you are well hydrated. You can always talk to one of the staff at the studio on tips and tricks to stay well hydrated.
